Running a small business is hard. Our inventory is hand-picked and intended to live with you for a lifetime. The trust you have in us is the same we have in you. Please respect our return + exchange policies to help us provide you with the coolest shit out there.

IN-STORE RETURNS
All items must be returned in the same condition within 7 days of your purchase for in-store credit or exchange.
*A few changes in 2026. We are initiating customer-led returns/exchanges. You can process returns on your own via Shopify. Instead of you figuring out shipping on your own, we will provide the lable for you. We are not charging a restocking fee at this time. If we think that's necessary in the future, that might change. Simply because we are small. :)

ONLINE RETURNS + EXCHANGES
All Items must be unworn, unaltered & returned in original condition with tags attached, and postmarked to MARNĒ within 7 days of delivery. Returns are processed via Shopify and are a flat rate of $7. Items purchased at a discount are final sale and are NOT applicable for return or exchange.

All apothecary, undergarments, and sale items are final sale and will not be eligible for exchange or store credit.
For the best results for an online exchange, MARNĒ will return items as in-store credit. Guests are responsible for return shipping cost & insurance coverage of exchanges.
