SHIPPING

Please allow 3 business days for your item to be shipped. Rates are determined by weight & destination. To check the status of your orders, email angela@shopmarne.com. 

 

ONLINE RETURNS + EXCHANGES

All Items must be unworn, unaltered & returned in original condition with tags attached, and postmarked to MARNĒ within 7 days of delivery. Guests are responsible for the shipping cost & insurance coverage of returns. Include invoice and reason for return inside the package. 

If all above is completed, guests will receive a full refund or in-store credit to their account upon item delivery to MARNĒ. Inquire for the return shipping address to angela@shopmarne.com. Please allow 3 business days to process returns. 

*items returned worn/damaged will require a restocking fee*

For the best results for an online exchange, MARNĒ will return items as an in-store credit. Guests are responsible for return shipping cost & insurance coverage of exchanges.

 

IN STORE RETURNS

All items must be returned in the same condition within 7 days of your purchase for in-store credit.
